We are looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse/ FLT Operative to join our fast-paced team on a permanent basis in the Heckmondwike area. You will be responsible for goods in/out, stock rotation, machinery movement, and general warehouse duties while maintaining a high standard of housekeeping and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Unload and check deliveries from film and machinery suppliers
Store all goods accurately in the correct warehouse areas
Move machinery between the warehouse and workshop
Pick and prepare customer orders using the FIFO system
Mark all picked orders with the correct reference numbers
Follow all company Health & Safety and BRC policies
Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and safe at all times
Use industrial floor cleaner every Friday
Maintain the sample rack in an orderly condition
Support the workshop when required About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse role
Valid forklift operator licence (Reach & Counterbalance)
Full UK driving licence
Strong attention to detail
Team player with a helpful, positive attitude
