Vita Health Group is the place for you. We are VitaMinds Calderdale, working in partnership with West Yorkshire Integrated Care to support individuals aged 18+ in the local area. We are the lead provider of NHS Talking Therapies in West Yorkshire and see the life-changing impact of our work every day. We emphasise quality supervision, CPD, and opportunities for PWPs to take on leadership roles and training.

Responsibilities
Making People Better
As a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP), you will:
* Assess the suitability of new referrals through telephone assessments.
* Provide short-term, low-intensity interventions via telephone, online webinars, and computerised CBT (cCBT).
* Work with colleagues at Steps 3 and 4 and external services to support safe onward referrals and step-ups, while maintaining patient dignity, confidentiality, and inclusivity.
Getting to know You
Each PWP brings unique skills, background, and experiences. We are looking for:
* A Graduate/Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) in Low Intensity Interventions (Adults).
* BABCP or BPS registration or pending registration (if returning to practice and unsure how to meet requirements, we are happy to discuss prior to interview).
* Experience of working with people who have experienced a mental health problem.
* An awareness of and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
This is a hybrid role with some face-to-face work in Halifax clinics.
