We are inviting colleagues from across Hampshire Hospitals to express an interest in joining the Transformation Team / PMO on a 6–12 month secondment as part of our Transformation portfolio. These opportunities are open to colleagues from clinical, nursing, AHP, corporate and operational backgrounds, particularly those who are already improving services day‑to‑day and want to help shape change at scale, ensuring change across Hampshire Hospitals delivers the right outcome for patients and staff.

Main duties of the job
A secondment into the Transformation Team & PMO is a unique opportunity to step beyond day-to-day service delivery and influence change at scale.
This is your chance to:

12. All roles are open to substantive and fixed‑term staff. Selection will be fair, supportive and flexible.
13. Start dates will be as soon as possible, and subject to agreement with your current line manager. Full induction, support and mentoring will be provided.
