The role
You won’t just be producing numbers. You will be owning them.
This is the person the business relies on to understand how the international arm is performing, what’s working, what’s not, and what needs fixing next.
You will:
* Take full ownership of international management accounts and year-end reporting
* Lead on international financial control, tax and compliance
* Turn raw numbers into clear, useful insight that drives decisions
* Help shape how finance operates as the business scales

What you’ll bring

* Experience in management accounting or financial reporting within a fast-moving, dynamic business
* A solid understanding of international tax, compliance and payroll considerations
* The ability to work at pace without sacrificing accuracy
* Confidence to communicate, influence, and build relationships, especially with remote teams
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, someone who simplifies problems, not overcomplicates them
* Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
* Experience navigating change or supporting a business through growth
* A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or similar)
* Experience in a fast-scaling, multi-entity or international business
