Quality Tester 7 Steel UK Cardiff 4 on/4 off shifts (2 days, 2 nights) £29,562 increasing to £31,058 after the successful completion of a 6 month probation (including 12 hour shift supplement) In your new role as a Quality Tester, you will be an integral part of the Quality Team. Your main responsibilities will include: inspecting, analysing and interpreting samples by visual inspection and microscopic examination, performing load inspections, and utilizing disc cutters and band saws to cut samples. Our Quality Engineer will support you to develop an in-depth understanding of finished product specifications. Ideally, your background will be in a manufacturing, quality or lab environment, and you will be confident recording data using SAP. Most importantly, are looking for someone whos motivated, precise, and enjoys working independently, whilst always prioritising health and safety procedures.
