Customer Service Coordinator - Immediate Start!Are you a customer service champion with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for helping people? We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join a fantastic team and ensure customers have an outstanding experience from start to finish.
Your new role
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the vital link between customers, partners, technicians, and subcontractors. You'll be responsible for handling customer concerns received via phone and email, efficiently appointing contractors to resolve any issues, and ensuring all customer service cases arepleted within agreed timelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
Your day-to-day will involve:
1. Dealing with customer service matters received by email or phone, addressing issues promptly and in line with SLAs to ensure a positive customer journey.
2. Issuing instructions to subcontractors and following up to ensure timely resolution.
3. Tracking all outstanding remedial works and taking appropriate action toplete works within a 28-day period wherever possible.
4. Delivering excellent customer service, showing understanding and empathy to ensure a positive customer journey.
5. Carrying out general administrative duties, ensuring the database system is always up-to-date.
6. Ensuring all Customer Service KPIs align withpany guidelines.
7. Maintaining an awareness of Health and Safety requirements and ensuring these are adhered to at all times.
What you'll need to succeed

Essential Skills & Experience:
8. Previous experience in a fast-paced, similar environment.
9. Good understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
10. Ability to handleplaints and navigate difficult situations with grace.
11. Strong planning and organisation skills.
12. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
13. Exceptionalmunication skills, both written and verbal.
14. A collaborative team player.
15. Amitment to work as required to meet business needs.
16. 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths & English.
17. A Customer Service qualification.
18. Experience working for a residential house builder, ideally in a customer-facing role.
19. An understanding of building regulations and legal obligations.
20. A good understanding of written English grammar.
21. Ability to touch-type.
