* Collaborate with business partners, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Enforce technology standards, facilitate peer reviews, and implement robust testing practices to ensure high-quality solutions.

Required Skillsets
* Extensive experience designing, building, and operating network products across all OSI layers.
* Specialist understanding of Layer 1-4 protocols and transport technologies.
* Experience with virtual infrastructure ecosystems across cloud platforms and open networking technologies.
* Proficiency in network programming/automation, IaC, configuration management tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
Additional Valued Skills
* Experience in network and infrastructure operational product engineering.
* Understanding of application layer network protocols and network access control.
* Skilled in lifecycle management of network products and services.
* Proficiency in Agile methodologies and SRE-specific reporting. Candidates may be assessed on risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and technical expertise.
