Role Overview
The Home Claims Building Network Manager oversees the strategic and operational performance of a network of contractors and service providers delivering home repairs for home claims customers. Responsibilities include ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance, driving improvements in contractor performance, managing costs, and ensuring excellent customer outcomes. Experience in personal lines property claims, building repairs, and supplier oversight is essential, along with the ability to optimize processes and build stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing strategies to enhance the effectiveness and quality of our Home Claims Repair Network
* Recruiting and onboarding high-performing contractors and service providers
* Managing budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and negotiating contracts to optimize costs while maintaining service quality
* Overseeing capacity allocation and ensuring repair outcomes meet strategic and customer service objectives
* Using data and analytics to drive process improvements and reduce cycle times
* Monitoring repair timelines, contractor performance, and workflow efficiency, and establishing quality control measures
Essential Skills
* Proven experience managing contractor networks, supplier negotiations, and claims repair operations
* Background in home claims, property restoration, or construction management at a senior level, with leadership experience
* Excellent communication skills to build relationships with colleagues, suppliers, customers, and stakeholders
