Job Description
3. Lead and manage restructuring engagements from planning to execution
4. Assess business performance, viability, and financial options for underperforming or distressed companies
5. Support clients with contingency planning, options analysis, and stakeholder negotiations
6. Prepare and review financial models, cash flow forecasts, and restructuring plans
7. Coordinate with lenders, legal advisors, and other stakeholders
8. Contribute to business development activities, including proposals and pitches
9. Mentor and develop junior team members
The Successful Applicant
A successful Restructuring Manager should have:
10. ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent professional certification
11. Strong experience in financial advisory, ideally from a Big 4, mid-tier, or boutique firm
12. Background in Restructuring, Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance
13. Proven ability to manage projects and lead client relationships
14. Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
15. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
16. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
