Rolling Minds is looking for confident, hands-on freelance event staff who can also drive for events across London and the UK. This is a varied role combining driving, event set-up, and front-of-house service — perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
* Driving event vehicles/vans safely and confidently (London + UK travel)
* Supporting event set-up and pack-down
* Front-of-house service: welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food & beverages
* Working alongside our team to deliver high-quality brand experiences
* Keeping the event space clean, organised and guest-ready
What We're Looking For
You must be:
* Over 25 years old (insurance requirement)
* A confident, experienced driver (UK licence essential)
* Friendly, reliable and professional with guests and clients
* Comfortable working front-of-house in busy event environments
* Confident serving food & beverages
* Happy to get stuck in with physical set-up work
Bonus Points If You Have
* Previous event, catering, bar, hospitality or brand activation experience
* A good understanding of health & safety / food hygiene
* Flexibility for early starts, late finishes and weekend work
Pay
From £18 per hour (depending on experience and responsibilities)
