Key Responsibilities – Maintenance Technician
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician, your core duties will include:
* Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
* Supporting automated production and process machinery
* Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults
* Ensuring machinery is running at optimal efficiency to minimise downtime
* Working within a team environment and collaborating with other departments
* Supporting both PLC Controls and robotic systems (beneficial)
* You will be working in a fast paced, high performance manufacturing/production environment supporting modern equipment.
Key Skills & Experience Required
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer / Technician in a manufacturing or production environment
* Multi skilled background – ideally holding both electrical and mechanical knowledge
* Recognised qualifications – NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* Apprenticeship trained background (preferred but not essential)
* Basic understanding of PLC controls and robotic automation
* Excellent problem solving and fault-finding abilities
