Our Public Sector Client based Durham has a requirement for a Business Support Project Support Assistant. The role will be based within the SEND Project Team and will be assisting with the implementation of a new IT Case Management System.
The role will be running through until November 2026.
Duties & Responsibilities will include:
To support the implementation of the new IT system, including the provision of training, advice, and guidance to ensure the required efficiencies and benefits are delivered through the system.
To assist with user acceptance testing and quality assurance of the new system using quick, accurate data entry skills
To assist with the data migration process by undertaking tasks associated with data cleansing and testing
Provide core administrative functions to support implementation of the new IT system.
Assist in the research process and the gathering of information as directed by the Project Team
Ensure allocated tasks from the Project Team and associated workstreams are carried out within the set timescales, in line with the project plan
To create electronic documents, reports, letters etc. as required
To support frontline staff in the provision of general administrative and system support;
To highlight issues to the relevant senior managers of the team;
