Business Systems Analyst
Hybrid – 3 days a week in London HQ
Up to £45,000 + benefits
Full-time, permanent
We’re working with a much-loved British retail brand on the search for a Business Systems Analyst - someone who knows their way around Dynamics 365 Business Central and wants to make a tangible difference across a business that values craft, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
You’ll be part of a small, people-focused tech team that keeps the operational engine running smoothly - helping teams across retail, logistics, merchandising and finance get the most out of Business Central. This is a hands-on, solutions-focused role with plenty of variety. Some days you’ll be troubleshooting and unblocking, others you’ll be supporting integration projects or identifying opportunities for smarter, more streamlined ways of working.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting the day-to-day use of Dynamics 365 Business Central across the business
* Investigating, resolving and preventing recurring issues - working with internal teams and external partners
* Improving processes and guiding users through best practice, documentation and training
* Owning BC support tickets and knowledge-sharing across departments
* Working across key areas like retail operations, stock & logistics, finance, wholesale and merchandising
* Supporting integrations using tools like Azure LogicApps, TrueCommerce, and more
* Helping colleagues do their best work by enabling the systems behind the scenes
About you:
* You bring at least 3 years’ hands-on experience with D365 Business Central
* You’ve worked in a retail head office or similar environment and understand the operational flow
* You’re a great communicator, confident supporting users at all levels
* You love solving problems and aren’t fazed by the unknown
* You care about getting things right, not just getting them done
* You might even know your way around LogicApps, JSON/XML, or PowerBI
Why this role:
You’ll join a business that takes pride in doing things properly - balancing beautiful products with strong values. The culture is friendly, fast-paced and collaborative, and the tech team is well-respected across the business. You’ll have autonomy and support in equal measure, plus the chance to directly impact how things are done.
If you’re someone who enjoys making systems sing and believes good tech should feel invisible when it works, we’d love to hear from you.
