Are you passionate about high-performance and luxury vehicles? Do you enjoy guiding a skilled team to achieve flawless vehicle presentation? We're looking for a Head of Vehicle Detailing & Presentation to join our team!
What you'll do:
Support, mentor, and coordinate a team of valeters/detailers.
Oversee the full vehicle detailing process: wash, preparation, paint correction, polishing, and finishing.
Train staff in advanced detailing techniques, including machine polishing, ceramic coatings, and paint protection.
Ensure consistent quality standards, manage stock, and align schedules so every vehicle is showroom- and delivery-ready.
What we're looking for:
Experience in high-end vehicle detailing.
Strong technical knowledge of paint correction, machine polishing, and ceramic/PPF coatings.
Experience managing or coordinating a team.
Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Full, clean UK driving licence.

Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30 schedule.
