About the position:
This role involves vehicle sales order processing on behalf of our sales teams:
* Supporting the Sales team to set up and invoice deals.
* Complying with DVLA/AFRL guidelines at all times.
* Processing and monitoring all new and used car sales on the company’s DMS.
* Taxing of vehicles.
* Keeping track of deals and ensuring all are invoiced by the end of the month.
* Liaising with Sales Managers.
* Ensuring that all data is accurately recorded.
* Booking both new and used vehicles into stock and keeping records updated.
* Ensuring that documentation is completed and ready to meet delivery times for customers.
* Ensuring full compliance with all manufacturer and company policies and procedures.
About our requirements:
We expect our Sales Administrators to demonstrate skills vital for the role, including:
* Great attention to detail.
* Organization and accuracy.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Willingness to learn.
* Good personal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Computer literacy.
Salary: £23k-£25k, based on experience.
