1. Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
2. Teach across a range of age groups, adapting lessons to suit varying developmental stages.

4. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and specialist staff to deliver a holistic learning experience.
5. Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching plans as needs evolve.
6. Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed and involved in their child’s development.
What You’ll Need to SucceedWe are looking for someone who is:
7. A qualified teacher with QTS.
8. Experienced in teaching children with SEN, ideally within a specialist or inclusive setting.
9. Skilled in positive behaviour management and creative teaching strategies.
10. Patient, empathetic, and resilient, with a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs, helping them grow.
11. Confident in adapting lessons to suit diverse learning profiles.
