THE ROLE
The Role: As a Recruitment Administrator within our HR team, you will play a crucial role in handling administrative tasks related to new candidates joining our organization. No prior experience necessary, full training will be given.
MAIN DUTIES
* Assisting with paperwork
* Providing administrative support to the HR department
* Data entry and record keeping
* Filing and organizing sensitive information within the system
* Scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating conference room bookings
* Assisting in internal and external communication, including responding to inquiries
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Good understanding of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel & Outlook
* Attention to detail
* Work as a part of the team with a confident and can-do attitude
* IT Literate

Full Time 37.5 Hours
