Job Description

We are currently looking for an Analyst to join our industry-leading Valuations & Advisory team in our London City office, with a focus on Industrials & Logistics.

As an Analyst, you will be supporting the wider team and making a significant contribution to their service offering through the use of data analysis, cash flow modelling and valuation support.

You will work closely with colleagues from the EMEA valuation team; reporting to the head of the team, the role offers wide ranging client exposure and responsibility, together with excellent career prospects.

Core Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage financial models.

* Analyse property data using appropriate tools such as MS Power BI and MS Excel.

* Responsible for the testing of new models or reports and obtaining sign-off for each deliverable.

* Prepare supporting documentation and prepare and present analytics reports to a wide range of clients.

* Ensure high quality and flawless client reports.

* Work closely with other teams across the network to ensure consistency, develop skills and knowledge base.

* Support the EMEA Cross Border V&A team with data collection and automation.

* Identify where technology can be exploited and add value to CW's service.

Knowledge & Experience:

* Strong financial modelling skills using MS Excel.

* Highly numerate with a bachelor's or master's degree in economics / finance or another quantitative subject desirable

* 2-3 years of relevant work experience

* Some knowledge or demonstrable interest using analytical software such as MS Power BI.

* Written communication skills.

* Must be able to interact with individuals at all levels and different business line in CW.

* Fluency in English.

* Other European languages would be a plus.

Skills & Personal Qualities:

* Proven track record of demonstrating good project and time management skills

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

* Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy, integrity and precision of work

* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage own workload efficiently

* Willing and effective when working autonomously

* Critical thinking skills and a logical approach to solving problems

We are looking for someone who has great communication skills and is thorough when it comes to detail. As you are a vital support to the team, we are looking for someone who has the ability to manage their own workload whilst offering solutions and assistance where it is needed.
