Education/Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. •Educated to Masters degree level in relevant field (e.g. Education, Learning & Development, IT) or equivalent relevant experience. Professional qualification in learning and development or working toward it (MCIPD).
2. •Evidence of continuing professional development in digital systems, learning technology, or related field.
3. •Professional certification in LMS administration or digital learning tools, or equivalent experience.
4. •Project or service management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile)
Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria
5. • Extensive experience in designing and delivering digital learning solutions.
6. • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
7. • Proven experience in managing and maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS)
8. • Experience of leading LMS configuration, reporting, and user support
9. • Understanding of compliance training and digital learning delivery
10. • Experience of stakeholder management and system governance
11. • Understanding of data security, privacy and accessibility requirements
12. • Experience of leading and managing a team and supporting staff development
13. • Experience of learning evaluation and impact analysis

14. • Experience in a healthcare or NHS setting
