Job DescriptionFinance & Sales Administration Assistant

Secondary Role: Sponsorship Programme Manager

Location: Hybrid (60% office-based in Woking / 40% remote)

Company: Specialist Field Hockey Equipment Supplier

Salary: Commensurate with experience and hours, in line with government guidelines

Contract Type: Flexible – 4 or 5 days per week

Holiday: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Pension: As per government requirements

Role Overview

This hybrid role combines finance and sales administration with the exciting opportunity to manage and grow our sponsorship programme. You'll play a key part in supporting day-to-day operations across three businesses, maintaining accurate records, and building meaningful relationships with our sponsored players and ambassadors.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Sales Administration (Primary Role)

* Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping (full training provided)

* Process sales orders and input data accurately

* Support purchase order processes and stock analysis

* Provide general customer service and support

Sponsorship Programme Management (Secondary Role)

* Manage and expand our sponsored player and ambassador base

* Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsored individuals

* Coordinate communications and promotional activities with ambassadors

Skills & Attributes

* Excellent attention to detail and proficient use of modern Microsoft Office packages

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative

* Comfortable working in a multi-faceted role within a small to medium-sized company

* Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities
