The Role of National Sales Manager
* This is a player-manager role where you will sell structural metal products and solutions into the high-rise residential market.
* As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3 Specification Sales Managers while also directly managing and winning key projects yourself.
* Leading and developing the Specification Sales team to drive revenue growth.
* Managing high-profile projects and securing specifications.
* Building and maintaining relationships with Tier One Main Contractors and high-rise residential developers.
* Developing and executing a national sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Conducting market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
* Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

The Requirements for the National Sales Manager Role
* Proven experience in a senior sales role within construction, structural products, or related industries - where you have sold a supply, design & install service.
* Experience managing a sales team while actively selling and securing projects.
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* A track record of working with Tier One Main Contractors and (ideally) high-rise residential developers.
* Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
* Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.

* £90,000 - £120,000 DOE
