Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dundonald for a Customer Experience Leader. The role involves ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by overseeing the dining experience, addressing customer inquiries, and facilitating smooth operations. Daily responsibilities include supporting and motivating team members, maintaining a positive and welcoming environment, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer interactions. The Customer Experience Leader plays a critical part in ensuring the delivery of memorable experiences for every customer.
Qualifications
* Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to effectively engage with customers and team members.
* Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support to ensure positive dining experiences and handle inquiries or concerns professionally.
* Analytical Skills to identify areas for improvement in customer experience and implement effective solutions.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is advantageous.
* A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
