The business is looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to take charge of CRM operations and email marketing campaigns across multiple brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied, fast-paced setting and enjoys digging into data to improve campaign performance. The successful candidate will be a key player in delivering effective digital strategies, contributing to both tactical execution and broader marketing planning.
What you will be doing...
* Manage and optimise CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for campaign execution and customer engagement
* Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns—from segmentation and automation to performance tracking
* Conduct A/B testing and report on key metrics (open rates, conversion rates, etc.)
* Develop and refine content for emails, social media, and digital platforms
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns align with strategic goals
* Maintain and update customer databases to enable smart targeting and personalisation
* Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing, email automation, and CRM innovation
What you’ll need…
* 2+ years of experience in CRM management, email marketing, and campaign analytics
* Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics
* Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, PPC, social media)
* Strong analytical skills and A/B testing experience
* Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
* Experience with platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo is a plus
