We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Resourcer, based in Sunderland, to support our recruitment consultants and clients by identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent. As a senior member of the resourcing team, you will play a key role in candidate attraction, pipeline management, and process improvement, while mentoring junior resourcers and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Ideally we would love to hire someone who has experience of both temporary and permanent recruitment.
