Administrator – Production & Logistics (Office-Based)
Location: Roann Ltd, Wakefield (WF2 0XE)
Hours: Monday–Friday, between 08:00–17:00
Contract: Full-time or Part-time (3–5 days per week)
Pay: £11.00–£14.00 per hour, dependent on experience
About Roann
We're the UK's fastest-growing supplier of quartz worktops to the building industry. Our Production & Logistics team keeps everything moving—organising job appointments, procuring materials, and coordinating with customers and external teams.
The role
You'll provide day-to-day administrative support that keeps our factory and on-site teams running smoothly. This is a busy, collaborative office role with plenty of variety and responsibility.
Key responsibilities
* Communicate with customers and confirm appointments daily
* Check completion status of templates and installations
* Input invoices and liaise with subcontractors to resolve queries
* Answer calls and action customer requests promptly
* Enter and maintain data across multiple Google Sheets
* Check and verify jobs before release to manufacturing
* Take customer payments when required
* Log and action customer service reports
* Actively communicate across several WhatsApp groups during the workday
What you'll bring
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Professional telephone manner and confidence with a variety of customers
* Competent with Outlook, Word and Excel
* Strong customer service mindset
* Office/admin experience preferred (not essential)
