Your Role As an SDR Manager, you'll lead a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives to generate qualified pipeline for the sales team. You'll coach, inspire, and hold your team to high standards, while collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
