Job summary
Toassistin the development, maintenance and support the relevant systems for which the applicable Locality Team is responsiblein accordance withspecifications / operational requirements of NHS Wales.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be able to:
Establish and maintain effective written and verbal communication with individuals and groups of customers and stakeholders as directed by line manager.
Assist team members to devise solutions for complex issues. Supported Services include (but not limited to):
1. Microsoft Windows 11 & 10 (Operating System)
2. Microsoft 365 (Click To Run, Office, Vision, Project)
3. GP Clinical Systems (Cegedim Vision, EMIS Web, TPP SystmOne)
4. GP Managed Print Service (Hewlett Packard)
5. Authentication Services (Active Directory, Azure)
6. Deployment Services (SCCM, InTune, WSUS)
Provide analysis and advice on the interpretation of data produced by those systems and products.
Participate in discussions on IT related matters, supporting decision making on conflicting requirements and priorities of customers using persuading and empathising skills. Our stakeholders include:

20. Achieved (or working towards) degree level or equivalent qualification in IT or able to demonstrate equivalent experience
21. Commitment to continuing professional development for self
22. ITIL Foundation Certificate or demonstrable equivalent experience
23. Good general knowledge of common hardware and software applications
24. Knowledge of: o MS Active Directory o MS Windows Server o O365

25. Registered with a relevant informatics professional body
26. PRINCE2 foundation or demonstrable equivalent experience
