Talent Partner | Fuelling growth for CDMOs, CROs, and Pharma Services Director of Business Development

We are partnered with an innovation-led CDMO operating in the pharmaceutical space to find a Director of Business Development. Powered by their mission and culture, this organisation is dedicated to creating lasting impact for patients using world-leading facilities and expertise. As a Director of Business Development, with strong commercial acumen, you will be passionate about building long-term relationships and advancing science to benefit patients.
Key Responsibilities
In this individual contributor role, you will be expected to:
Identify and develop opportunities with prospects and targets.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and current customers.
Execute strategic sales plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Maintain detailed reports and manage CRM tools
Stay on top of market trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape.
You
To help propel this organisation forward, you will bring:
A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience in business development or sales, specifically within CDMO or pharmaceutical manufacturing services.
Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
