We are now recruiting for a Senior Vet Surgeon to join a fantastic first opinion small animal practice in the city of Birmingham, West Midlands
* full time role includes 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rota and no Sundays, no OOH
* practice is designed to industry leading standards with state-of-the-art equipment including; dental x-ray, laparoscopy, endoscopy, Kyon TPLO equipment, harmonic scalpel and K-laser.
* caseload is varied with a high proportion of insured clients and is predominantly cats and dogs and very occasionally rabbits and small furries
* Ideally you will have a keen interest in SA veterinary medicine and confidence with general routine surgery.
* role provides a brilliant opportunity to develop your interests with certificates encouraged and funded.
* Fantastic location to enjoy city life of Birmingham with easy motorway access and good local transport links including Birmingham International Airport nearby
Person Requirements
* Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
* Registered with the RCVS
* general small animal surgical and medical skills
