Reception Teacher Responsibilities
* Plan and execute learning activities for children in accordance with the National Curriculum
* Establish and maintain a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
* Evaluate each child's progress and adapt the curriculum accordingly
* Maintain accurate records of each student’s development
* Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and senior staff members
* Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development workshops
* Ensure that the health and safety of all students are maintained at all times
Reception Teacher requirements:
* QTS, EYTS, PGCE and strong academic record
* Bachelor’s degree in education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage or equivalent
* Knowledge of Reception Curriculum and pedagogy
* Experience working in a classroom setting
* Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with other education professionals
* Passion and commitment to children's education
* Strong customer service orientation, with excellent relationship-building skills.
