Job Description
The Employment Solicitor will be:
3. Advising FTSE blue-chip organisations on a range of employment law issues
4. Managing complex cross-border employment matters, including information and consultation
5. Providing guidance on executive compensation arrangements, bonus claims, and restrictive covenants
6. Assisting with high-profile projects and corporate transactions
7. Representing clients in employment tribunals and advising on senior-level recruitment and terminations
8. Supporting Partners on high value matters.
The Successful Applicant
The Employment Solicitor should be / have;
9. A solicitor with 2-4 years PQE in Employment Law
10. Experienced in advising on respondent employment matters
11. Knowledgeable in cross-border employment law and executive compensation
12. Able to work with FTSE clients and handle high-quality legal issues
13. Excellent communicator with strong client-facing skills
14. Ties to Leeds
