Job Description

Are you passionate about sports or delivering excellent customer service? Do you enjoy building positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you will be a vital part of the Entain family, ensuring top customer service and maintaining high standards daily. Working in our dynamic Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, no two days are the same, and you'll contribute to a team that values integrity and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you'll serve customers and foster rapport to encourage repeat business.

What you will do

1. Deliver outstanding customer service.
2. Promote safer gambling practices.
3. Take bets on various sports and events.
4. Process customer transactions, including cash handling.
5. Demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers.
6. Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
7. Work towards set targets and goals.
8. Maintain high shop standards.
9. Open or close the shop as needed.

Working patterns

Our shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8 am - 10 pm, depending on the location, including weekends and bank holidays. Your weekly rota will typically be 17 hours, comprising long opening and closing shifts, along with shorter evening shifts, varying weekly. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the shop. We believe in a healthy work-life balance and will provide your rota at least four weeks in advance.

Qualifications

* You must be 18 years or older to work in our betting shops.
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
* Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
