* Fantastic earnings potential from a private and NHS mix that’s right for you, by year two on average our newly qualified dentists have achieved a 50 / 50 split between NHS and private
* 50% revenue split on all private work
* You can choose to have an in practice clinical mentor on hand to guide and support you for at least three days per week for your first six months
* With a UDA allocation, you will enjoy an NHS pension as well as access to NHS long term sick pay and NHS maternity / paternity / adoption pay

* Through our Academy you will attend a specific newly qualified dentist face to face induction
* In your first year you can choose to be supported in setting a development plan tailored to meet your needs, core CPD is via Agilio
* Access to industry-leading central Support Centre; this includes experienced Marketing, Compliance, IT and Patient Support teams
