Role: Vehicle Technician

Salary: £38,280 + Uncapped Bonus

Role Responsibilities:
* Conduct high-quality diagnostics, servicing, and repair work
* Communicate with Service Advisors and Workshop Control on job status
* Ensure all work meets required safety and quality standards
* Keep up with the latest technical information and systems
* Provide expert advice to customers when required
* Promote a customer-first culture in all technical interactions
What You’ll Need:
* NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
* Your own tools and a valid full UK driving licence
* MOT tester accreditation is a plus but not essential
* A proactive attitude and attention to detail
