We are seeking to recruit a Team Leader to join the Adult Community Mental Health Service (ACMHS) in North West Hertfordshire. This post involves managing and overseeing all First Contact Assessments in the Dacorum and St. Albans teams. The post holder will review and triage new referrals, oversee booking assessments, and work alongside other team leaders, focusing on First Contact Assessments. You will also manage some admin staff supporting booking and assessment processes.

You must hold a full valid driving licence and have access to a car for business purposes (unless disabled as per the Equality Act 2010).
The Successful Candidate Will
* Work collaboratively with the Community Mental Health Services Manager and multidisciplinary leadership team
* Ensure high standards of practice and service delivery
* Deliver services under the National Service Framework for Mental Health
* Be an experienced mental health clinician
* Have excellent assessment and risk management skills
* Embrace and drive change and innovation
* Provide leadership with excellent communication skills
