Responsibilities
* Develop customer relationships and apply effective sales techniques.
* Work with the sales team on product promotions by answering telephone and electronic queries.
* Fully satisfy customer needs for part orders, returns or queries.
* Contribute to a positive team performance while optimizing personal performance against sales product promotions.
* Liaise with the Distribution Co‑ordinator to ensure delivery requirements are met.
* Develop product knowledge through study of internal literature.
* Use the e‑learning portal to improve performance.
Working hours: 45 (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working. As a Sales Advisor, you will require experience in telesales and/or customer service, ideally gained in a fast‑paced sales‑driven environment.
Qualifications
* Able to work well and deliver results under pressure.
* Organised with great attention to detail.
* Customer focussed.
* Target driven, motivated by sales and able to deal with rejection.
* Willingness to learn and develop.
* A team player with the ability to also work independently.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* IT literate.
* Knowledge of car parts and MAM/Allicat helpful but not essential.
