We are currently looking to recruit an additional team member for our Bookings Team, based at our FordStore Head Office in Norwich.

The key elements of the role are:
* Handling all inbound booking calls from our customers
* Making outbound calls, advising customers of servicing, MOT and other work due on their vehicles
* Actioning website, live chat, email and manufacturer leads enquiries
* Updating our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Keyloop
Skills required:
* Excellent customer service – our customers come first in all that we do!
* Excellent phone manner and communication skills – we want our customers to hear you smiling at the other end of the phone!
* Administration experience – we use Keyloop (CRM system) and all the usual Microsoft products.
* Motivated, enthusiastic and fun-loving - to fit in well with the rest of the team!
* Call centre experience – great but not essential as we are more than happy to provide full training for the right person
