Our skilled workforce is made up of surveyors, engineers and claims handlers who efficiently and effectively determine the most appropriate settlement route, proactively manage the lifecycle of the claim along with the claim cost, manage customer expectations and ensure brand protection for our clients.

The Opportunity

The main purpose of the role is to provide technical assistance with a mix of household and commercial insurance and third party property damage claims. We operate a claim ownership model, with the surveying/technical team working closely with our claims concierge team for efficient handling and a high standard of customer experience.

The role will be desk based for the main but geographical location may offer up potential for field based surveying where experience and operational need permits. Our offices are located at Moreton, Wirral, however applicants are invited nationwide as we are flex...
