Morgan McKinley is looking for a 1st Line Support to join a well established business in Horsham, West Sussex. The 1st Line, IT helpdesk support role will be supporting with IT - technical solutions to end-users to resolve 1st line issues, escalating complex issues if needed.
Salary: £25k
Location: Office based - Horsham, West Sussex
1st Line - IT Support duties:
* Support with 1st line technical queries and issues
* Configure laptops, mobile phones, tablets and printers
* Update IT users - starters / users and documentation
* Monitor and troubleshoot IT Helpdesk tickets
Skills and experience:
* Experience of working in a similar IT support - 1st line type role
* Good communication skills both verbally and written
* Excellent IT skills
