KeyResponsibilities:
* Provide strong sales leadershipto drive performance and achieve store targets.
* Lead,inspire, and develop a high-performing team to deliver customerservice excellence.
* Oversee all aspects of retailoperations, including stock control, visual merchandising, andcompliance.
* Take P&L responsibility, ensuring profitabilityand cost control within the store.
* Support in recruitment &training, developing a knowledgeable and motivated team.
* Ensure high store presentation standards in line with companyexpectations.
* Adapt quickly to the demands of a fast-pacedretail environment, especially during peak trading periods.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experienceas an Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or similar retail managementrole.
* Strong team management skills with the ability tocoach and develop a team.
* A proactive and hands-on approachto driving sales and operational excellence.
* Excellentorganisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-movingretail environment.
