Business Development Specialist - Demand Generation

Are you passionate about driving growth in the life sciences industry? Join our international Marketing team as a Demand Generation Specialist, where you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing our commercial sales pipeline and accelerating adoption of our innovative eClinical technology solutions.
In this role, you’ll build upon targeted demand generation campaigns and proactively qualify inbound leads from global pharmaceutical, biotech, and clinical research organizations (CROs).
Your focus will be on nurturing these leads with industry-specific insights and preparing opportunities for hand-off to our Business Development team.
What You’ll Do:
* Rapidly engage inbound leads from webinars, white papers, conferences, and digital campaigns.
* Score and prioritise leads using Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) criteria.
* Conduct discovery calls to assess fit and coordinate with BD colleagues.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Strategy teams to refine campaigns and content.
* Maintain precise CRM records and deliver actionable ROI insights on marketing activities.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in Lead Generation, Growth Marketing, Inside Sales or in similar roles within life sciences—ideally clinical research or technology.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools.
* Strong communication skills and a data-driven mindset.
* Degree in a relevant scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Computer Science, etc.).
