About the Role:
You’ll provide a comprehensive HR and Payroll administration service, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR activities for our UK-based employees. As the first point of contact for HR queries, you’ll deliver excellent support to managers and co-workers alike, helping us continuously improve how we work. Job Title will be People & Communication and Payroll Specialist
Your Responsibilities:
Manage HR admin processes, from onboarding and offboarding to changes in co-worker terms & conditions.
Support managers with recruitment, induction, probation, and compliance checks.
Work with our outsourced payroll provider to administer and check the monthly payroll, answering pay and benefit queries.
Keep HR systems and files up to date, ensuring GDPR compliance.
Monitor training and development activities via our LMS.
Compile HR data and help spot trends to support decision-making.
What You’ll Bring:
Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
Experience working in a busy HR admin and payroll environment.
A passion for people and delivering excellent service.
Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality and great communication skills.
Confidence working with HR systems and reporting tools.
Experience:
* CIPD Level 3 or relevant experience
