Our client, a reputable family-run Dealership group operating across Southwest England, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy team at their Swindon Dealership. Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on customer vehicles in line with manufacturer standards
Accurately identify faults and communicate vehicle condition, safety, and performance issues to the Workshop Controller
Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
Adhere strictly to health & safety procedures at all times
Maintain detailed records of repair work and parts used
Contribute to achieving team targets and maintaining customer satisfaction
Support the workshop team with additional duties as requiredRequirements of this Vehicle Technician role:
Qualified to at least IMI/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Minimum of 1-2 years' practical experience as a Vehicle Technician, within a busy Workshop
UK Driving Licence
Strong team player with a commitment to quality workmanship
Able to produce high standards of work in a fast-paced environment
Motivated with a proactive approach to personal and professional development
