They’re on the lookout for a nurturing and confident Year 1 teacher to cover maternity leave from September. The vibe? This is a close-knit school where staff genuinely look out for each other. Planning support is in place and the TA in class knows the children inside out. You’ll have: Full responsibility for a settled Year 1 class PPA time protected each week An experienced TA in class to support with routines and interventions A lovely school community that welcomes new faces with open arms Who we’re looking for: You’ve got QTS, recent KS1 experience, and a solid grasp of phonics (ideally Letters and Sounds).
