If you do, then you may be the perfect fit for our Adult Learning Project Officer in the Employability and Skills team at East Sussex County Council.
* Support the coordination and development of Adult Learning projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and funding requirements.
* Maintain project management systems, templates, and documentation, acting as the central source of project information.
* Identify and report project risks, developing mitigation strategies with stakeholders.
* Act as the main point of contact for project enquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication across all channels.
* Contribute to communication strategies and manage stakeholder relationships to support successful project delivery.
* Monitor project budgets, expenditure, and income within set parameters.
* Research, analyse, and produce reports and insights to support evidence-based decision-making.

As Adult Learning Project Officer, You Will

* Can plan and organise varied workloads
* Communicate effectively with diverse audiences
* Can influence and support change using negotiation skills
* Interpret and analyse complex data
* Can monitor budgets effectively
* Have working knowledge of adult learning programmes
