As a Parts Advisor in our dynamic team, you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, supporting trade customers by providing exceptional service and accurate parts advice. What You’ll Be Doing: Handling inbound parts enquiries and orders via phone and online platforms Accurately identifying and sourcing parts to meet customer needs Using promotions effectively to meet sales targets Identifying opportunities to upsell and increase sales Staying up to date on new products, parts updates, recalls, and special offers Building strong, positive relationships with customers and internal teams What We’re Looking For: Parts Experience from a similar role within the Motor industry.
