As a Banqueting Sous Chef you will be required to work closely with the Banqueting Head Chef to organise and deliver menus within a busy environment. All functions are live plated to ensure quality and freshness. Good communication and man management skills are essential along with previous experience in a similar role within a 4 star hotel. Computer skills and knowledge is preferred as the role involves ordering through our Procure wizard online ordering platform and corresponding to internal emails in the Head Chefs absence. A good cooking skill set is also essential to enhance and grow the department, continuing to stay ahead of any competitor sets.
