The Work
The role offers exposure to a broad range of employment matters, with a balance of contentious and non-contentious work. Typical mandates include:
* Day-to-day advisory support to major corporate clients.
* Employment aspects of corporate, commercial and real estate transactions, including TUPE, outsourcing and business transfers.
* Employment tribunal and High Court litigation, as well as appellate work.
* Collective issues such as redundancies, restructuring, TUPE and industrial relations.
* Internal investigations, including regulatory aspects.
* Strategic projects involving compliance with new legislation and workforce change programmes.
