One of my local government clients are currently recruiting an experienced Business Support Officer on a temporary basis. This is a 3-month minimum contract with the possibility of the role being extended further to work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Hybrid working role were, however, you will be required to attend the office 2/3 times a week.
Overview:
To support the team due to the fire at Bicester Motion. There has been an increase in workload following this, so the team need more support overall.
Responding to emails, internal and external, diary management (supporting the current PA that works in the Fire Service as she manages the Chief Fire Officers Diary and their team). Potentially organising catering and other areas, very adhoc.
