Key Responsibilities:
Advising clients on a wide range of commercial contracts, including shipping, aviation, general logistics, and finance and banking agreements.
Supporting the Head of Corporate Transactions with commercial due diligence and contract reviews.
Providing guidance on data protection, compliance, and regulatory matters.
Drafting clear, practical, and commercially sound documentation tailored to individual client needs.
Building and maintaining trusted relationships with high-profile clients to support their ongoing business operations and growth.
Requirements:
03 years PQE in non-contentious commercial law.
Excellent drafting skills with a sharp eye for detail.
Commercially astute and able to deliver advice aligned with client goals.
